Eric has spent his past 15 years working in Law Enforcement and currently holds the position of Sheriff. Blankenship has served as Commander and Team Leader of a Multi-Jurisdictional Special Weapons and Tactics Team in the State of Alabama. Blankenship holds several instructor certifications in the areas of Active Shooter Response, Ballistic Breaching, Distraction Devices, Less Lethal (Taser, OC, Impact munitions) as well as Chemical Munitions. He is also a Basic Tactical Operator Course Instructor for the State of Alabama.

Josh has worked in law enforcement for the past 6 years, he has over 10 years of experience in combat arms with the U.S. Army. Josh is Certified K9 handler, who has won multiple awards with his K9 partner. He also has worked dignitary protection. Currently Josh is a Lieutenant with a local Sheriff's Office in Alabama and is a tactical operator on a multijurisdictional Swat Team.

Brad has six years of experience in Law Enforcement . Brad is both Basic and Advanced Swat certified and is also a Certified Ballistic Breaching Instructor. Brad is currently serving with an active tactical team in Alabama.
